Merrimac's relationship with its clients begins with invitation. Merrimac sends for the plans and assigns an estimator who does a quantity takeoff. Then, Tom, his father or Ken, will price each job individually. No two jobs are the same and each job needs individual attention. Two outside field superintendents are responsible for the onsite coordination of the installations, one specializing in hard surface, the other in soft surface.

"No matter how small or extensive the job may be, we will maintain close and personal interaction with the customer," Tom says. With a lot of repeat customers, Merrimac enjoys a solid work base with a solid reputation and complete dedication to the industry and customer satisfaction.
